You can be a bit out with the hub specs but the ERD has a far greater effect on the spoke length. You need two spokes, two nipples and a tape measure. I measured a pair of rims last week and the ERD was a bit different on each. Factory runs can be slightly out now and again so it's always good to measure it yourself if possible.
