first 100 mile week of 2007
I did it! For the first time this year I have achieved my 100 mile target. I did my ride down into Kent via Orpington and upon my return I found that I had completed only 98 miles. So I had to do a few trips around the block to make it up to one hundred. But I’m there. Hurrah.
It was pretty hard going though as I haven’t done it for a while. The weather was pretty crap too as it had snowed the day before. Even the downhill part from Hewitts Roundabout to Orpington was a bit slower than usual. But still lovely. I’m inspired that I didn’t need to take a break during the ride and that I thought about creating a longer one that branches off to Farnborough.
