2009/31 Velocity Deep-V on Pelissier hub 36h
This was a wheel rebuild taking a classic Pelissier front hub and building it onto a red Veloctiy Deep-V rim. A standard 3-cross lacing with 36 holes and a spoke length of 282mm. ACI Alpina double butted stainless steel spokes with brass nipples and Velox rim tape as you can see in the photo.
The hub had been in the family for many years so it was something that he wanted to keep and use. The rim was one that he won in a cycle race. So a sentimental and memorable wheel by all accounts.
