127 miles

This is my first post in this new category called personal best. Last week I exceeded my goal of 100 miles a week by a quite a large amount and clocked up 127 miles. I wonder if I will ever beat that this year?

Well, just having the concept of a personal best weekly mileage gives an incentive to reach that target again and to beat it. It’s good to know what you’re capable of and also to celebrate when you do well.
