After an early start on Saturday morning the plan was to have brunch. So my friend and I took a walk along the Grand Union Canal passing the Hanwell locks and made our way to downtown Hanwell. The we purchased a all the ingredients for a full English sytle breakfast. So much for my temporary vegetarianism. When we got back it was sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and washed down with a tall glass of orange juice. That was around midday and I didn’t need to eat again until 11.00pm.

Soon after that my friend left to see another friend while he was still in the UK and I got on with some wheel building. Four clients came to visit in the afternoon. Which I think is a record. I don’t think I’ve had that many in one day before. After they had gone I was starting to flag so I went to bed for a nap. It was a four hour nap. Nice.
