flossing

Do you floss? I’ve been getting well into it over the last couple of years because my gaps are getting bigger and the dentist recommended it. I never used to do it regularly before that. But still hunted for toothpicks after a lamb chop or a steak. Flossing is far more satisfying than using a toothpick. So what’s the 80/20 bit?
You don’t really need to floss in between all of the gaps. 80% of the food that gets stuck ends up in 20% of the gaps and vice versa. So identify that 20% and you’re done. I have 2 main spots and about 3 lesser ones. Job done.
