The end of June means that we are halfway through the year and a good point to assess how the overall plan for the year is coming along. Knowing that I would be becoming a father in January I severely trimmed down the goal list
My main focus has been trying to learn Ruby on Rails. Both the actual process of learning it and developing a long term learning plan. I really think I can do this, it’s just a question of maintaining my confidence.
Another late entry but April has been quite a productive month with some decisions about the future being made. That has meant some changes in the goals for this year.
I think I managed this once this year so far. Mainly due to lack of bike rides. My commuting mileage has been around the 85 mile mark and in order to tip it over the 100 mark I need to add that bike ride. But the weather has been shite and I have been pretty knackered with the baby and all.
